In an effort to continue to provide up-to-date resources for businesses experiencing adverse effects due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this week I would like to highlight the efforts of the Great Plains Technology & Manufacturing Cluster, a U.S. Small Business Administration Regional Innovation Cluster partner. The have assembled a number of resources on state, regional and national relief programs.
To help your business navigate through these uncertain times, the UAS Cluster Initiative is providing below a list of various links that could provide you with some timely, valuable information or resources.

Spring-loaded UAV launch catapult
Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division
A team of U.S. Navy scientists working at the Naval Air Warfare Center's Weapons Division in China Lake, California, has recently developed an efficient launcher for fixed-wing unmanned aircraft comprised of a launch rail, carriage, pair of pulley drivers, and a cable and pulley system.
The patented design is available via license agreement to companies that would make, use, or sell it commercially.
