The announcement of the THETA Tech Hub grant by the U.S. Economic Development Administration has generated significant excitement in the Tulsa area and across the nation. Last year in Woodward, OK, the festival had over 350 attendees and hundreds of films/photos submitted from across the globe. This year, even more enthusiasts, filmmakers, racers, and tech fans are expected.
