The UAS Cluster Initiative and DCN welcome the newest member of the team. Kinsley Jordan, as the Oklahoma Director for UASCI
Kinsley "TRIGGER" Jordan is a visionary executive leader with a proven track record in strategic innovation, technology integration, and organizational development. With a distinguished career spanning over a decade in the United States Air Force, Kinsley has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth and implement groundbreaking solutions in complex environments.

As a former USAF Major, Kinsley co-founded the Executive Strategic Innovation Team and the AFWERX Innovation Accelerator, which facilitated substantial funding and venture capital investments. He also led the development of a $48M VR Flight Training solution and has extensive combat experience. In his civilian career, as CEO and founder of The Winning Network, he significantly improved efficiency and ROI on multiple companies. He is also the founder of SPARK Aviation, which focuses on advanced pilot training. Kinsley holds a BS in Business Management and is completing an MBA in Business Leadership.

Are you looking for funding to develop your Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) or Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) startup? The UAS Angel Network is accepting applicants for the August 28th virtual pitch session.

The UAS Angel Network is a group of accredited individual investors, angel groups, and seed funds who seek opportunities to invest in UAS and AAM companies. Applications are due by Friday August 2 for the pitch session on August 28th, 2024.

Business should have an MVP. Areas of interest include:
Drone Service Providers; UAS logistics; Airspace Management Systems; UAS Flight Safety Systems; Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM); Droneports and Vertiports; and the Commercialization of New UAS Technologies.

Apply to present at the UAS Summit Pitch Day in Grand Forks, North Dakota on October 9, 2024
Do you have a new product or service in the UAS, AI, or Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) realm and are looking to further your business with funding? Consider applying for and submitting a pitch deck for Pitch Day at the UAS Summit & Expo on Wednesday, October 9, 2024,

The UAS Summit & Expo will be hosting two 90-minute pitch sessions in partnership with the Grand Forks Regional Economic Development Corporation and the UAS Angel Network. All pitches will be closed-door. Interested presenters need to apply by August 16, 2024.

The ISARRA 2024 Conference
Tulsa, Oklahoma. September 3 - 14, 2024
The International Society for Atmospheric Research using Remotely piloted Aircraft, or ISARRA, a non-profit society for scientists doing atmospheric and earth science research using UAS vehicles. The 2024 annual meeting will be hosted by the Oklahoma Aerospace Institute for Research and Education (OAIRE) at Oklahoma State University. The event will be held in Tulsa, Oklahoma and will include both a Conference and a Flight Week portion. Supported in part by WINDMAP through the NASA University Leadership Initiative program and the LaunchPad Center through the EDA Build Back Better Regional Challenge
